Artious is founded on the principle of helping people discover new artists and artwork. We take your privacy seriously and by visiting the web pages available at Artio.us and all linked pages (“Site”), you are accepting the practices outlined in this policy. This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of how your personal information is used and shared on the Site and does not govern the practices of third parties that Artious does not own or control.

User Provided Information

Artious receives and stores any information that you provide to us through the usage of our Site. That usage includes completing your registration and user profile and posting content to the Site such as artworks, descriptions, and comments. Completing your user profile allows you to express yourself beyond basic information including a bio, favorite URLs, instant messaging IDs, and photos of yourself.

Automatic information is also provided to us when you visit the Site. Artious never shares your email address to a third party without your explicit permission. We will send out news, updates, and notifications related to your account (e.g. comments on your artworks) to your email address and you can update your email preferences on our Site. To register on the Site, you must be 14 years and older.
